Reservation and Payment:

• To confirm your reservation, kindly make a 50% deposit of the total charges.
• The balance must be paid two (2) weeks prior to your arrival.
• All deposits are non-refundable

Payment Details:

• All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Borneo Jungle River Island Tours Sdn Bhd.
• When making online transfers, include the booking number in the REFERENCE or PAYMENT DETAILS.
• Share your payslip/receipt once the payment is completed.

Liability:

• Our company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during transfer/accommodation beyond our control.
• The company reserves the right to make necessary changes beyond its control.

Kitchen Rules:

• Our kitchen strictly follows a NO PORK policy.
• Inform us in advance of any food allergies or special diets (vegetarian). Please remind us again upon arrival.

Activity Inclusions and Exclusions:

• Prices include Jetty fee, Marine Park fee, Guide fee, Equipment for snorkeling or diving, and Lunch for activities.
• Prices exclude airport transfer, accommodation, Sidemount equipment, Long Fins for Free diving, Photo services, Dive computer, personal necessities such as medicine, and insurance.

Jetty Assembly Schedule:

• Sipadan Route: Before 8 am.
• Mabul Route: 8 am - 8.20 am.
• Mataking Route: 8.15 am - 8.30 am.
• TSMP Route: 8.15 am - 8.30 am.

• All trips and activities are contingent on weather conditions and permit availability at the time of booking
